Surgery Times - Extended Hours
St Clement's Surgery also runs extended hours appointments. Appointments can be made by speaking to a receptionist in the normal way.
Practice News
St Clement's Surgery is now planning to permanently close its branch surgery at Clenchwarton, after being unable to run services for the last few years from it due to damp, IT issues and unsuitability for disabled patients.
This will not affect our services at St Clements Surgery but if you feel adversely affected by this change please contact the practice here

When the surgery is closed, if you ring the normal surgery number: 01553 828475 there is an answer phone giving contact numbers for help or if you have a non urgent query and you are happy to wait for 2 working days then you can use the online form here.
For urgent medical advice outside normal surgery hours, please call the GP Out-Of-Hours Service by phoning 111.
Depending on the nature of the problem, a doctor may give telephone advice, ask you to visit the nearest local treatment centre or if necessary, make a home visit.
